Dr. Forster practices a safe, effective and reliable medical model to protect your health as you age. This involves restoration of hormones to optimal levels with comprehensive medical supervision.
Dr. Forster completed residency training in Family Practice and is Board Certified in Family Practice. She spent 10 years in a high volume emergency department in the Lexington area in Kentucky.
She is continually expanding her expertise in anti-aging and functional medicine to stay on top of this rapidly evolving field about health, exercise and the aging process. Regina Forster is a practicing member of Functional Medicine and an AFMCP graduate.

Andreas Schmitz received his training in Functional Medicine through The Institute for Functional Medicine. He practices the principles of Functional Medicine and Functional Nutrition. The focus of functional medicine is on patient-centered care, promoting health as a positive vitality, beyond just the absence of disease. By listening to the patient and learning his or her story, the practitioner brings the patient into the discovery process addressing the individual’s unique needs.
His focus is to support you in finding your personal solution to achieve your Health and Life goals and remove any internal obstacles like self-limiting beliefs. Optimal health and healthy aging using lifestyle and nutrition are main areas of his interest.
